At the table
- Be on time. Tournament organisers may award a match to your opponent after a published grace period.
- Respect the Ringmaster's calls and the venue's house rules.
- No sharking — distracting, taunting or deliberately slow-playing an opponent.
- Report scores honestly and promptly. Deliberately reporting a false score is a serious violation.
- Play your best in every match. Throwing matches, colluding or "sandbagging" to manipulate ratings or handicaps is prohibited.
- One account per person. Playing on someone else's account, or letting someone play on yours, is prohibited.
At the venue
Follow the venue's own policies, including age, alcohol and equipment rules. Treat staff, equipment and other customers with respect. Venues may refuse service under their own policies.
Online
Chat rooms, direct messages, profiles and team names follow the Community guidelines: no harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or sharing other people's private information.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, violations can lead to a warning, a voided result, removal from a tournament, a chat ban, loss of a Ringmaster or venue role, or suspension of the account. Serious or repeated violations — including match fixing and rating manipulation — can lead to permanent removal.
